EULA - End User License Agreement

This is a legal Agreement between you, the end user, and Proficient Blackjack Software (PBS). By installing this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the agreement, do not install the product.

COPYRIGHT: This software is protected by the copyright laws of USA and international copyright treaties

GRANT OF LICENSE: You are granted a non exclusive, non transferable right to use the software. You may install the software on only one computer. You are allowed to make one backup.

TRANSFER: You may not rent or lease the software to another party. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software. You can transfer the ownership of the product to another party as long as you don't keep a copy of the software in any form.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as-is". PBS disclaims all responsibilities, expressed or implied. PBS does not warrant the results obtained using the software. PBS does not take responsibility for any loss of money due to the use of the software. The user agrees to use the software at his/her own risk.

No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event PBS is liable for any loss including but not limited to revenue, savings or data, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages due to the use of the product or the inability to use the product, even if PBS has been advised of the possibility of the damage.
